About the Phi Delta Theta SC Gamma Alumni Association
The Phi Delta Theta South Carolina Alumni Association was officially founded in the fall of 2020, although it has been in the works for many years. With an alumni base now over 1,000 brothers, the Phi Delta SC Gamma Alumni Association will serve to keep all alumni connected to each other and engaged with the active chapter.
This non-profit organization will serve alumni brothers of all ages, professions, and geographic locations. Please continue to read more below about the vision, mission and scope of the Phi Delta Theta SC Gamma Alumni Association.
Vision:
Facilitate a true brotherhood-for-life experience for all members of the SC Gamma chapter of Phi Delta Theta
Mission:
The mission and scope of the SC Gamma Alumni Association will focus on the following three initiatives:

1. Keep the Alumni Connected
- facilitate the ability to re-connect and network with brothers through an secure, online alumni database
- provide an easy to use and frequently updated alumni association website with private member access
- sponsor regular events such as annual Alumni Tailgate, Alumni Golf Tournament, Founder's Day, and more
- consistent communication from the Chapter Advisory Board, SC Game Foundation (Housing Corp.), and the active chapter

2. Support the Active Chapter
- establish a formal mentorship program for alumni and undergraduate active brothers
- assist active brothers and recent graduates with internships, co-ops, and job searches
- provide support for the the active chapter's philanthropic efforts
​
3. Preserve the history and tradition of the SC Gamma Chapter
- create and maintain an online historical archive of pictures, documents, and events from over the chapter's 50+ history
- maintain an updated, commemorative Chapter Grand page on the website for our brothers who have passed on
